There could be various reasons why there was a Payment Issue. The most common one we see is if the information you inputted for the biller was invalid. We would recommend to double check if the submitted information matched your biller. Regardless of the reason of the payment issue, a refund will be deposited into your Pebble Wallet within 3-5 business days.

Make sure to contact your biller about the situation so they're aware of when they will receive the bill. To find out specifics on why this occurred, please contact Papaya (Pebble's Bill Pay partner):

  1. Go to the Bill Pay tab.

  2. Select Bill Pay Help.

  3. Click Email Support or Call Support, and describe your situation.
