As long as the bill hasn't left the Pebble ecosystem yet, you have time to cancel a bill you mistakenly sent out. To cancel:

  1. Go to the Bill Pay tab.

  2. Select the bill you're looking to cancel from the Activity section.

  3. If the bill is still able to be cancelled, click Cancel Payment at the bottom of the Bill Details screen.

  4. You will receive a refund in your Pebble Wallet within 3-5 business days.

If the bill has already left the Pebble ecosystem, you should contact your biller for a potential refund. If you have additional questions, please contact Papaya (Pebble's Bill Pay partner) by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Bill Pay tab.

  2. Select Bill Pay Help.

  3. Click Email Support or Call Support, and describe your situation.
